Gary & Sandra Vancouver Island, BC Canada Moms Diner is one of the best eateries in Pahrump Nevada. It has great burgers and fries. The staff are very accommodating and friendly. They have great daily specials, like meatloaf, spaghetti with meat sauce served with garlic toast, pot roast served with corn, mashed potatoes and gravy, chicken parmesan over noodles served with garlic toast, Baked Ham served with carrots and corn.

Was at Spring Mountain track on Saturday. And went out to dinner after we were all done. Went here with a group of 7 of us. They got us seated right away and they were very busy. Shiloh our server and Ryan the buss person were awesome. Fast and friendly service. And the food was very good at a very reasonable price. I have the turkey plate. And it was like 11.00 total. How can you beat that. Granted my plate was a little cold. Not as hot as I'd wanted but it was still very good and the mashed potato's looked to be real potato's with skin. They were very yummy. A few people had some desert and everything looked so good and fresh. The place was spotless. And it had a lot of nicknacks all over the Resturant and no dust to be found anywhere. Same with the ceiling fans they were so clean. I've been to places where fans were filthy and all the stuff around was dusty. Not this place. It was spotless. For sure will be coming back again.

Quaint little diner. Nothing fancy, located off the beaten path. Good, quality food and fair pricing. Service was excellent. I had the chicken fried steak and eggs. Better than most. Biscuits were delicious and fluffy. I would definitely eat here again.

Great food and friendly service. Texas Benedict was outstanding! Coffee was yummy and had creamer pumps on table so you could use as much or little as you like. Great idea!

Mom's is my go-to when I am staying in Pahrump. It is always busy. This far, I have been 3x in 3 days. Sadly, food has not been consistent. I had the Friday fried catfish special. The catfish was not thoroughly cooked. The bread crumbs on the outside were crispy. I am assuming it went from freezer to oil that wasn't hot enough. My tea glass sat empty while I was still eating. I had to wait until my server came to ask for a refill. A year ago, when a server spotted an empty glass, they would appear with a refill without asking. It is obvious this has changed. The server had a stack of checks in hand and was going table to table presenting them. With me he asked, "you aren't having anything else, right?" Ummm what restaurant does not upsell a dessert? I had the chicken enchilada special yesterday & it was huge & super yummy. The prep was called "New México" and was completely different with the chicken being creamy. I would definitely have this again!

We visited Pahrump back in January during a birthday trip to Death Valley and Mom's Diner kept popping up on places to eat near our Airbnb. It has a very eclectic/homey decor/vibe, which I loved. It makes you feel as though you are in a warm kitchen eating your mom's food. The food came out really quick, I was never without fresh coffee, and our server was so sweet. We only stopped in for breakfast, but they had a lot of yummy sounding dinner specials as well! I will definitely come back the next time we visit Death Valley.

We were meeting friends for dinner and thought we'd give this place a try. This really is a diner. The food is mostly cooked from scratch, servers are friendly and helpful. Between four of us we ordered the deep fried chicken, hot beef sandwich and 2 orders of the liver and onions. There were absolutely no complaints. The diner is small and there's not much to ambiance but we snagged a table right by the window. Lots of old telephones on display. We will definitely be returning before we leave the area.

Mom's Diner was recommended to us while staying in Pahrump for the weekend! When we arrived on Sunday (late) morning, there was a 10-15 minute wait to be seated. We browsed the thrift store next door in the meantime, so the wait went by quickly. The interior was cozy and casual with eclectic decor - lots of antiques, funny signage, and they even had their own merch. Many of the patrons appeared to be regulars, and it had the vibe of a classic small town diner. I ordered the Chicken Fried Steak and Eggs with a Biscuit, and we also got a short stack order of Pancakes for the table. Service was friendly but very leisurely. They were good about coming around with coffee refills, but the food took a while to come out. The Chicken Fried Steak and Eggs was tasty and super filling, just as expected. But my favorite part of the meal was actually the Biscuit, which was not dry at all - great texture! The Pancakes were also pretty standard, and we definitely over-ordered in terms of quantity. Pricing was very reasonable though!

We arrived at noon on a Sunday. The wait time for a table/booth was 25 minutes. We were seated in a table. The restaurant has about 10 red leather booths and about the same number of tables. The walls are filled with a variety of memorabilia that will keep you busy while waiting for your food. Service was prompt and friendly. We ordered the BLT which comes with potato salad and the Buffalo Chicken salad. I chose ranch dressing. The BLT was large, lots of bacon and there was a nice scoop of potato salad. The Buffalo Chicken salad was large and very tasty. It had ripe tomatoes and the chicken had a lasting spicy taste. When in Pahrump don't miss Mom's Diner for breakfast lunch or dinner.
